Earlier in the week Cage Passion released a video detailing what Cody Gabelman had to say about this Friday’s Absolute Action MMA 41 event at The Bank of Kentucky Center in Northern KY where he would be facing Cory Alexander. We reached out to Cory Alexander to see what he has to say about his big fight this weekend and here is what the product of The World Famous SSF Submission Academy of Clarksville TN had to say:
“I’m looking forward to the fight. Cody seems like he is always in good shape for his fights and I’m in great shape so it should be a fun fast paced fight. I’m comfortable wherever the fight goes so it should be a good one. I feel like if goes the distance my experience will play a huge factor. I feel like I’m more of the out of town guy for this fight and I love that role. Its going to be a fun one for sure. Hope the fans are ready.”
Gabelman, the Former AAMMA Amateur Champion and now undefeated Professional comes into this fight with the hometown crowd behind him and from the sounds of things that’s just what Alexander wants.
Anyone that is familiar with the MMA scene in this region is watching closely as these two highly touted prospects step inside the cage to face each other in what could be the next big step for the winner of the fight. We wanted to give Cory Alexander a chance to give a shout out to all those involved in helping him get ready for AAMMA 41
“Thanks to all my teammates and trainers at SSF for helping me get ready. Thank you to my friends and family for all the support. Thank you at all my sponsors; Intimidation, Rendirse Fight Gear, Andy’s Nutrition, Damage Control, and Anytime Fitness at Dover Crossing!”
Don’t miss your chance to see these two up and coming stars face off with one another live Friday Feb 27th at AAMMA 41 inside the Bank of Kentucky Center, Tickets can be purchased at all ticketmaster locations as well as the Bank of Kentucky Center box office.
